Take Exit 96 off I-82, cross the Yakima River,
and you'll find Benton City sheltered by the Horse Heaven Hills and nestled in
the bend of the river. We're at the foot of Red Mountain (THE premiere wine
growing area in the state), and Rattlesnake Ridge guards our back door to the
north.
Benton City's Chamber of Commerce welcomes you to come visit our community. We have plenty of activities for both children and adults, with special events throughout the year and abundant opportunities for recreation. We are located with easy access to the Yakima Valley, the Columbia Basin, and the Walla Walla area. While retaining our rural charm, metropolitan amenities are near by.

The Chamber is now sharing office space with the Benton City EDC and have our own dedicated phone line, 588-4984. Our Community Resource Board chairman Bobbi Shahan is manning the office many hours during the week, and she is eager to help local businesspeople as well as residents, visitors, and others seeking information.
